I took my daughters car to Monroe muffler, n. Syracuse where she had purchased tires in last year because she had bad tire, mechanic put up on lift and said all 4 struts were shot and couldn't warrantee tire because of struts. Quoted700 bucks to replace all 4 struts. Told him have to get second opinion. Also said all 4 tires were shot. Took to another garage large independent in Rochester, that's where she lives, showed me under car only thing wrong 1 tire needed and front alignment needed, which Monroe should have done when they installed tires. Unbelievable. What a con job from Monroe!
