I was quoted aprice of $632.00. When the guys arrived, after an hour I was told that theyneeded to get another truck. During the move, they damaged the archway to myfront door (my house was less than 6 months old) and ripped my brand new $600mattress. After the move was completed, they charged me $1500!!! When askedwhy, they said it was because of the second truck. I was specifically told thatthere would not be an additional charge for the truck. I tried disputing thecharge, but they produced a forged signature on a written quote that was NEVERprovided to me. It's been 5 months and still, they have not tried to rectifythe problem! If you want yourthings broken and desire a year-long dispute, then go for it. The management isunder qualified to handle other peoples belongings.
