I hired Horizon to clean 3 rooms (traffic area only) from flyer I received in the mail for $6.95 a room. The tech accessed the rooms & said there was no way they could get the rooms cleaned for that price. The rooms needed a deep cleaning and it would cost $175. I had a recent coffee stain on one of the carpets. The tech said he could clean the carpets and get the stain out for that price. I agreed to the cleaning. While the carpets were wet it looked like the stain was out. After the carpet had dried the stain was still there. This was done on 2/22/10. I called the company on 2/23 to complain the stain was still there. They said I needed to talk to the tech. The check was cashed on 2/23. No return call from tech. Called again on 2/24 & spoke to manager about this. She said I needed to speak to the tech & she would have him call me. No call from tech. Called the company again on 2/25 very angry about the run around and finally got to speak to the tech.
