In February National carpet care was hired to clean 2 bedrooms 10x11 each. One bedroom with a stain. First tech got the carpet wet and looking gray and said it was going to look better after it got dry. He charged 54.95 for the 2 rooms Second tech said he wasn't prepare to clean the carpet and had me call the company again for a third representative. The third tech came to the house asked me for a receipt of a diiferent company that had charged me $100 in the past. He performed a chemical clean and heat treatment, but didn't clean behind the doors and still didn't remove the stain. When I contacted National Carpet Care they said that to sent another tech will cost me a minimum of 39.99. The there was no warranty of the work. I removed the stain with citrus cleaning myself, but I'm very desapointed that they left the area behind the doors without cleaning. I paid a total of 139.90.
