This company is good at sucking money from you rather than sucking the dirt out of your carpet! The tech person is a sloppy worker. He left water on my tile. The carpets were not steamed cleaned. They were soaking wet. What started out to be a 2 hour job (so the tech said) to a 15 minute job. High pressure sales to get you to buy more. From $59.99 for 5 rooms to $200 for the deap clean. They charge $2 per step to wet your carpet.
Their tech can't speak english or communicate. When you refuse to purchase more than what you want, the tech calls the office so that they call you to convince you to that your carpet is so dirty that it needs the deap clean. So what the hell is 'steam cleaning'? It's a wet carpet! If you want something done, do it yourself. Rent the machine from and buy the cleaning solution and do it yourself! This company is a sucking rip off!
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company. Plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
