I had phone service with Sprint for over 2 yrs and fullfilled my contract. On April 13th I decided to try another carrier and switched my service. A week later I received a final bill from Sprint saying I owed $150 cancellation fee. When I called to dispute this charge they stated that since I had changed my plan after my 2 yr commitment they started a new contract.
However, I wasn't informed of this when I changed my plan. I'm being ripped off and I'm not paying it.
