Harassment Phone Calls from Vonage Sales Person in the Philippines

On March 27, I decided to sign up for Vonage. However, the website is in maintenance so I decided to call the toll free number (1-800-975-5805) to sign up at around 10:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

A person claimed to be "Michael Fong" answered the phone call with a strong accent. I felt not safe enough because he was not articulate enough and that I have to give out my credit card information and then wait for 5 or 7 days for the start up kit to arrive in order to use the service. So I told him I was not going to sign up for now, and will wait and sign up online.

Unfortunately, the salesperson from Vonage was unhappy for my explanation and made more than 10 harassment phone calls to my phone number. As I am writing this, he is still trying to call me.

Is there a way to stop this? It totally decreased my confidence in using Vonage. Anyone have similar experiences?
