The company rents you an email address list and you need to use thier software to send the emails. The IP address that they assigned was blocked by virtually all ISP's as a spam IP, hence all the emails were blocked and not delivered. The company or should I say Brian Kramer was fully aware of this and suggests that I need to get my own dedicated IP and server to send the emails. Then when I checked the credit card that was billed they had double billed every transaction and from different addresses, so as to not appear as the same company, all calls to thier accounting department were unreturned, now all calls to company go to voice mail. This company is a sham and is listed on spamhaus as a spam source. They will not deliver on any promise or service and should be avoided.
