They took payment without doing the work

Quik-Kill did nothing for me except cause me many headaches. I will Never recommend them to anyone, I will in fact do the opposite. I didn't like anything about their services.
They owe me $125 they debited from my account around March they did not show up for that appt., but still went ahead and debited my account.
Then they also rescheduled me again for May and that one too turned out to be another "no show" but they did reimburse me for it because they had just increased their prices to $135 and I also called them about it.
So when the tech didn't show up again, I called company secretary and she said that they did come by, but they said I wasn't home. I was home on time and literally waiting by the window with binoculars and he never came.
So I was upset and because this happened many times before I decided to cancel. Secretary stated she would have to speak with management and call me back. She never did.
I called back 5 or more times up till around the end of last year (08) requesting a refund of the funds removed from my account on that "no show" incident in March.
Every time the secretary told me that she has yet to speak to management about it and would return my call when she did. She never returned any of my calls.
The reason I am now just reporting all this is because I was giving them the benefit of a doubt and hoping that they would eventually realize their mistake and reimburse me, but they haven't yet.
One of their techs on his last visit also broke my dishwasher door and it now leaks, he went to pull the dishwasher out to check for holes in the back in case mice were coming in that way and kept pulling on the door.
Which I didn't know he was pulling on the door and it is now very loose and will not hold the water. I didn't even realize this until I went to use it, which was weeks later.
My mistake too was that I was trying to be nice about it and did not want to get him in trouble so I didn't say anything till now. I just want them to pay me what they owe me, which is $125.00 as well as money to fix the dishwasher door.
I've been nice all this time and am tired of being taken advantage of. They have had more than a year to fix their error and so far nothing has been fixed.
I was also very unhappy with the fact that they would debit my card without providing any services to my home, but at least I was able to get those monies back.
This happened about 2 or 3 times I had to be reimbursed because the tech never showed and that also cost me money because I had to take time off from work to do this. I always requested for them to schedule me after 4:15, but they never would.
Also the fact that I had to work around their schedule instead of them working around mine. There were many times when I had to leave work early around 2 pm or so just to be home in time for the tech to show up at 3 or so.
They also stated when I signed the contract that part of their service was to seal up all the holes where the mice came through once the mice were gone, they never did that either.
Also, their secretary always called and told me when the next tech would be coming out instead of asking me when would be a good time for me for the tech to come over.
What a ripoff this company turn out to be... I just want to reimbursement or the $125.00 they stole from me. Thanks
