Lists jobs with locations, but cannot tell which job listing is for which location. Call Customer Service (joke) no one speaks or understands English. Peterboro Ontario Canada online

I paid them for access to work at home jobs list. There job board is so confusing, even though its "work at home" i.E. From anywhere, some companies put desired locations for the positions.in fact listing multiple "positions" based on location.

When trying to respond, you are not sure you are responding to a job in the correct location. When you call their Customer Service, which is a joke, after waiting on hold for over an hour, you get some Pakistani from Toronto who doesn't understand English and cannot even find the job listing in his own system. He refuses to transfer you up the line because that would be a black mark against him so you are stuck.

Then on top of that they email you answers to all kinds of questions you didn't ask, cause they just don't understand what you need. A one minute phone call would probably solve my problem if they would only take the time.
