Complaint Description:
Gateway Computers seem to pass the buck I had purchased the 3 year in Home warranty via telephone when I was ordering my Computer and I usually don't get involved with that type of stuff but I made the mistake and paid some High Dollar Amount I believe was 299.00 the system in home service warranty expires 11/10 I want service and they are jerking me around which now I want all my money back for this unit This is just the CPU the took me for a ride on. Stay clear of them they are gone down hill and very rude maybe the post at the scams and pissed consumer.com will shake them up but it is like they don't care about anything no customer service to contact a expensive lesson learned, They refused to do a proper in home service as of today 3/17 10 am EST beware of the fine print that what I was told well I am going to teach you don't steal from the public with bogus in home service warranty

Your desired resolution:
i want my money back and i will buy a dell or they need to send me a new unit or a repair person to fix the system i paid them money for in home service because i am disabled and they blow you off well you need a credit card! Oh you did not read the fine print, i stated just refund my money and life goes on and in checking they have thousands of unhappy customers with same compaints going back as far as how can i read the fine print when i bought this over the phone...
