Computer is junk!

We bought a Gateway computer from Best Buy a couple of years ago. We have had it in for repairs more times than I can remember. They have even sent it to Gateway for repair two or three times and the last time was new hard drive. Sent in day after Christmas and we got it back in Feb. 2010. Next day - we had to take it back in to Best Buy. Several days later - we have had to take it back in again. They said they will have to send it in again as they can't repair it. They also know it is junk. It is a fire hazard, make a grinding noise almost all the time, The computer case is falling apart. We wondered why we can't get a new computer after all these problems and they say it is the warranty. So what good is it to buy extended warranties if you can't get help. Wrote to Gateway - no response. Best Buy has been trying to help and I know they would love to give us a new one as they hate seeing us come in all the time with this: junk". And I don't really care who you tell about this. It is a all in one Gateway. We have started a new business the first of Dec. 2009 and cannot get our computer for the business. We also cannot afford to buy a new one. So where is my help. I am 70 years old and I do think I deserve some help here. Sincerely, Mary Whisman, Naples, Fl
