Charging late fees without emailing invoice

I picked the choice to get bills through mail. I didnt get any emails for febraruay plus they charged my an enormous late fees.

Moreover they've billed my bank card 2 twice the due quantity.

I'm cheated.

They require pay to my money-back

The dryer is usless. Takres 2 hrs to dry.
