Landlord Dardra Potter finds a reason not to return Security deposit. Landlord can't be reached when there's a problem ie: leaking roof, leaking sink, a/c or heat doesn't work, grass isn't cut, trash isn't picked up, mold covering the walls, busted pipes. Houses are under code. Business Dbr properties is listed as "Inactive" on sunbiz.org. Most shadiest landlord ever. I took better care of her house than she did. I'm not sure she is "legal".
