You cant kick a person out of his apt' just so the landlord can move his son in' the tenant has a one year lease that still stands. These people have no ideal what the law is on tenants in tennesse. They need to call a lawyer before they try anything else that could get the landlord in court. For breaking the law anymore' per the old owner the apts are not up to code. The upper decks are falling apart. He was warned to get them fixed. He didnt just sold it to the other landlord. One of the tenants told him the apt#2 was leaking into apt#4 the landlord refused to repair the leak till his son moved in this is not legal' the new landlord greg hensley said this' if he dont start fixing things around.
