My name is kevin nguuyen and my partner is mytien huynh. We lease the space 4304 Route 9 s. Howell New Jersey 07731. The business name is Diamond Nails. When we took over the business is under Richie and it call Roseland Realty Group LLC (the old landlord). This new landlord Art Sommers Advantage Properties LLC, took over the plaza and he know that we have the deposit of $6,000.00. When we sold the business, and we ask for the deposit back, but he don't want to give us back the money. And he told us to get the money from the previous landlord, and we did. The old landlord told us that Mr. Art Sommer took away the plaza because of some tax money that he owe them. The old landlord even write the letter saying that he will testify against the new landlord Art Sommer. So please help us resolve this matter for us please. We have the lease the letter.
