I requested (& taken care of) same-day providers for plants to become sent to a memorial on 03/10. I obtained a phone at 5:30pm (3/10) telling me these were NOT shipped w/d my name somehow got changed whilst the deceased's title. Then when the florist sent to the funeralhome obviously I had been NOT there. I had been certain they'd be shipped 24 hours later prior to the memorial size (in a seperate location) being kept at 11:00am. On 3/11 at 11:30am I obtained a phone informing me the florist DIDN'T provide to that particular region code…. Do they not examine these specific things out in advance?!?! I had been provided my money-back and informed there is nothing else-they might do for me personally. I hung-up the telephone, cried for around 10 units and named back again to consult with a boss. He explained they'd deliver a no cost arrangement towards the house and apologized for that problem. About 2 hours later I acquired a call-back in the boss informing me no florist within their community might provide towards the zipcode of the deceased’s house. I wound up calling an area florist and looking after it myself! I simply want I'd did the night of 3/10, atleast the blossoms would’ve been there for that bulk! I’ve purchased plants via the web many times before and not, have I actually, had this issue! I motivate individuals to avoid this website!!
