Terrible experience

I'd a dreadful encounter with PENWA and wouldn't suggest them to anybody! We put an order of binders together however the binders were the incorrect size. Therefore we chose to spend a $200 re stocking charge and obtain new binders. (This component is okay, I am aware methods.)

We told them that people required the brand new binders ASAP, because the trade created us wait extremely important tasks. We requested to hurry the purchase and taken care of the additional dash charge. We got a verification quantity and also the e-mail stated that it'd deliver 24 hours later. Following the contract day, we kept calling and contacting to check on on the purchase. They'dnot answer their telephones or return our emails.

She gets back in my experience 24 HOURS LATER (therefore today we are 2 times behind) and claims "I am sorry... The purchase was never made."

Why did we actually get a verification number??? WHY were we guaranteed a shipping day of TWO TIMES previously??? Therefore obviously at that time it is too late to obtain the binders. It surely sets us in a poor scenario and today I am considering heading throughout city to various shops to gather the binders 3-4 at the same time.
