I went in to get a full color and highlights. I also got eyebrow waxing and deep conditioning. I spent a lot of money there. After sitting there having my hair done for almost 4 hours, the stylist only colored my roots. Then noticed that the color she used did not match my hair color. I was charged for a full color. The highlighs she did only covered the first layer which my hair is layered so top was highlighted and bottom was all blonde. It looked like I was a hoochie working the streets. I called the next day and talked to the manager. Promised me she would do anything she can to make it right. We set up an appointment for 10/03 at 10:00 AM. She said she would personally take care of me. I showed up, and she was not there. I was told she would not be in until 1:00. I have never ever in my whole life been treated in such a disrespectful way. I am so mad, that I walked out promising to smash Fantastic Sam s all over the internet, for a long time. I am not one to give up and I will continue to wake up every morning tweeting, finding any page where you ask for feedback, facebook, any avenue I can to let the world and the local community know that Fantastic Sams does not care about their customers and the take your money but do not provide the service asked for. Seriously, this is so uncalled for. Especially from the manager who did not even show up for our appointment. Totally pissed off.
