I put an order with 800FLOWERS.com simply because they promoted same-day shipping company. At 9:30 am on 3/1 I put an order for my child's 21st Birthday. I obtained a message verification allowing me the purchase is likely to be sent. One hour later I obtained a telephone call allowing me understand, even though site adveritises same-same shipping, this specific purchase couldn't be positioned. I requested the consultant to I would like to understand what blossoms might be shipped that evening. Together with her help we put another purchase rescheduling the very first purchase (fresh purchase quantity etc.) I examined occasionally with my child to determine if she received them. Lastly at 9:00pm I named the 800FLOWERS and had my phone transported over-seas having a consultant that attempted to discover why the purchase was shipped. The neighborhood florist named inside an hour of the initial purchase allowing them to understand it'dnot be shipped. I never acquired a contact or telephone call. I attempted to achieve somebody at their corporate practices simply to be much more annoyed using their insufficient problem. They charged my charge card also.
