I will never order flowers from Proflowes again

I'm cheated! Television advertisement guarantees a discount, nevertheless when I purchase the blossoms, I see no discount. I actually do observe these additional costs that doubled my bill. Guaranteed Delivery=$9.99, Handling= $1.99, Regular shipping $12.99. I believed about $30 but finished with $58.79. I'll never purchase plants from Proflowes again.
