I purchased plants for my spouse for Valentine's on February 2nd. I did so this to ensure when there have been any problems, they may be handled nicely ahead of time. My spouse and that I waited all day long on Valentine's completely up to 9pm similar to the site stated. The blossoms never arrived. I experimented with contact them to inform them what had occurred, but was not able to enter contact with anybody. Alternatively, it aimed me for their site to document a criticism. I did so this, and also have yet to get a contact back. My spouse has named 3 times so far, and whenever they claim they cannot contact the neighborhood florist as well as attempted to possess us get the blossoms today, 2 nights once they were said to be shipped. After much debate, they informed us they might publish our refund, which had better be considered a complete refund, at 5pm today. This is actually the kicker though. The florist which was designed to provide the blossoms wasn't actually available on Valentine's or Leader's Evening. What feeling does which make? Don't actually use FTD. The lesson learned listed here is that should you can achieve this, visit the neighborhood florist.in the minimum, don't utilize FTD and use 1800flowers.
