This store#30537 is so stinks in customer service especially the manager. I had purchased clothing over $100.00 before Christmas when they had a promo of $25 gift card back when you spend $75 worth of merchandise.in the first place I don't really care for the store because the inside is dark and can hardly see what exactly I am buying for. However, my daughter wanted me to get her some of their clothing because it's just what her most classmates trends wear. To make the story short, I bought the clothes got my $25"GIFT CARD". Little that i know the gift card has expiration date on it. If the store trained their employees well before they deal with sales. They must inform the customers that they should spend the gift card before the exp. Date occurred. So I waited to hold on the card and perhaps I can use it when they will have a big off season sale. And so I did, I had found a sweatshirt which still cost around 20dollars, by the time I got to the cashier this young lady who I can tell she is very new in her job, said the card is expired and I can't use it anymore. I was shocked and asked for the manager. The manager was rude and sad he could not do anything about it so I said, listen it is only right that when you have a promo like this you make sure your employees MUST let the customers the CATCH behind it. So that there won't be any surprises on the customers.&Then, he said to me again, he can't do anything about it and if he did it will not be fair for the other customers who they had encounter the same complaints before. So it is only clear this terrible customer service is been going and nothing change had been acted upon buy the management. Unbelievable!!! I told my daughter that never again i will shop in this store, never and i will make sure this experience of mine will spread to all my friends who they shop often for their children... I KNOW IT WILL BE A BIG LOST FOR THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MY FRIENDS SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO THIS STORE AND THEY CAN ALSO TELL THEIR OTHER ACQUAINTANCES NOT TO WASTE THEIR MONEY ON THIS LOUSY STORE!!! Oh yeah, it may seem like we will have only a little impact to affect on this store but believe me if it continuous this terrible customer service the business will not survive for a long time. They must care their customers whether the complaint is as small as a pea, because customers satisfaction should be on the top priority to make the business prosper. Afterall, consumers play the HUGE role for any retail business. So, HOLLISTER, START EVALUATING YOUR COMPANY, and I am talking to you the CEOs, general managers, and store managers!!!
