Ripoff did not get what I ordered more of an inconvenience than convenience

I ordered a 17ft truck, they gave me the biggest one they had, it didnot have a/c, the lights on the trailer didnot work, one of the tires on the trailer had hunks of tire out of it. I called the place where we picked it up and the man told me if it broke down to call the 1 - 800 number. After it was unloaded it wouldnot start. We had to go 20 miles out of our way to get to where we were going because the truck was to high for the power lines. It was more of a inconvenience than convenience.
