Hi! Normally, I would not write a report on a company like this unless the company really deserves it. Well, they do.
Bad enough they did not like the report I wrote on their company on my website. Fine. Give me A Cease and Desist. Take me to court if that does not work. This company did more.
They had a guy deliver the C&D under the guise he was a student writing a report on Consumer advocates. The first question he asked, "Where do you access the 'net the most? I told him the truth not realizing I was giving the ummm "Enemy" a critical bit of info.
Mr. Mark DAmbrosio was not satisfied with just giving me a C&D. Nope. He gave GSU something similar as well and attempt to get me banned from the library. Well, I'm happy to report, it did not work.
The lawyer here is sending me a copy of whatever they got so I can know what Mr. DAmbrosio is accusing me of doing for a fact. Then, I will have other options to pursue.
I post this here because people need to know why there are little comments about this company and their card offering. Even if the website has little traffic, if you say something they do not like they are going to do everything they can to make you be quiet and go away.
