Created 2 individual purchases via Amazon. They delivered the incorrect product and did not react to my contact initiatives. Amazon intervened and that I eventually noticed from item one. They stated they declined to deliver the right product or return me till I eliminated the bad feedback I Would posted (a breach of Amazon's guidelines). They never helped me more, so Amazon returned the purchase individually. On my second-order, they never replied to the demands for help. They subsequently lied towards the Better Business Office, declaring they'd agreed to return them when it had been delivered.
