I made an order with this company on the 06/01 only to have them deliver Grey boots instead of Chestnut and poor quality fur and sole moldings on both colour boots that i ordered.
I boxed them back up within minutes of seeing them deciding that they were wrong and tried to contact the company to get the returns form as stated on the website.
I have had no reply 5 days later and the number on the website is not recognized so there is no way of contacting the company to return these items.
The company also took more money from my account than the invoice states.
I decided that this was fraudulent and filed investigation with my bank and now wait to have my money returned to me.
Another company to avoid are www.uk-uggsoutlet.com who have not even delivered the items ordered, maintain that they will refund but there are no goods to return to them since they never arrived.
The vital clues to the suspicious nature of this sight were the fact that the phone number does not work and there is no address to return to or check the existence of the company by, but I did not think that such a professional looking site with different language options would be fake and so I did not think to check this.
I can now see that this site has been taken offline and I can only hope that the person/s responsible are caught and that the many disappointed people get their money back.
I will not shop online again unless I have to.
Even reputable companies make mistakes, I have discovered and internet shopping has a bigger sting in the tail than I enjoyed.
