I was approached by phone by a man named Art, who informed me he could help me with my loan modification. He said I would have to send him all the required documents he asked for to see if I qualify for this government sponsered program that would allow fair lending review to negotiate with my current lender to lock my apr to a lower and locked in rate. I did as I was asked. Then within a week Art called and said I did qualify for the program, which at that time I gave him 1995.00 on my credit card and was told It would cost no more than that, It would cover everything. 5 months later I contacted Art telling him I was called approx 3 times from tricia and maryann and I demanded to know what was going on, He called right away and told me to send a threatening letter to fair lenfing law and demand answers. They responded with the answer that I did not qualify for the program because of my income, so I asked when I would be getting my money back and they responded that my not qualifying was not due to an error on their part So before I fly out there personally and take this in my own hands I want to know whos with me in this and we can take care of them together legally.
