I was promised by Fair Lending Review of a forensic loan modification with my bank sometime in October, and was told that the fee would be $3000.00, which I paid to their bank account. I was later contacted by Ms. Tricia Hanson with a laundry list of documents to send which I did. I heard from her twice in November, with her telling me it will take any where from 1 to 3 months to get a response from the bank. I was also guaranteed a full refund if the modification did not go through.
I did not hear from anyone after about a month, so I tried calling. I have tried on several occasions to contact Collins or Tricia Hanson on the status of my loan modification they promised me with Wachovia to no avail
No phone numbers are in operation apparently. So I cannot get to anyone. I have tried on numerous (at least 30 times) occasion and left messages and not even a single response. I even sent an email to their processor account and to no avail.
I am considering filing a law suite at this time, because this is nothing but a rip off of someone trying to make ends meet.
