Cindy knutsen, cristal follweiler they offer me to modify my loan and lower my payments they charged me 2,000.00 and they did not. Now they do not answer their phones

I reporting fair lending review LLC they offer me to help with my loan modification, they asked for 2,000.00 at front and if they cant help me they will return my money back.
Now they dont answer any phone number and they did not help me at all. I hope more people can be more careful than me.
