I placed an order with kegkits.com on 10/26 for items totalling about $150. My credit card was immediately charged, and I was sent a receipt and notice that there was a 2 week delay in shipping. As of today, 1/13, I have received no part of my order. I have called and emailed and there is never any response. Most times that I call, the voicemail is too full. On one forum, Tom, the owner, stated that he is too busy to answer emails. I have now noticed that there are DOZENS of people who have had the same experience in the last few months alone... And similar complaints go back as far as 2008.
I urge any potential customers to find another supplier.
