On November 4, I placed an order online with a company at kegkits.com This is a beer homebrewer supply house, I ordered a component that totaled $45. I received an email within minutes that my debit card had been charged and that I should receive the item within two weeks. After four weeks, I began calling, leaving voicemails, no response. Emails were met with no response. I started checking around, and have found that this guy does this as a matter of business - it is not an anomaly. I have left messages asking for a refund, I have emailed asking for a refund. No response. I have filed a complaint with the Alabama attorney general's office, with the FBI's internet crime complaint center and tomorrow will file with my state's attorney general's office.
