Now to the Report that was filed..
On June 20, I submitted $250 to Hargrave and Associates after a phone consultation to clean up my credit and a guarantee was made that my credit score would certainly increase with 4 to 6 months. I was told that my file should be completed as of December. I also submitted an additional $100 for the credit card that was also supposed to be a tool in rebuilding my credit. It was suppose to be an usecured Mastercard with a $500 limit. I received the credit card and attempted to use it at Walmart. The card was declined. After several attempts, I returned home and attempted to call Hargrave and Associates and received no response. The phone rang one time and went "dead air" This went on for a month with no success. I also called the credit card company and was explained that this was not an unsecured card but a secured card and that I needed to apply an additional $559 dollars to the card in order to use it. The credit card company was "New Horizon". New Horizon suggested that after being swindled or misrepresented that I should call the Better Business Bureau. They also informed me that the only
way to get a refund would be through Hargrave and Associates.
