My own experience of them is that they befuddle the unwary with leases that do not come up the Qld. Standards and will pressure tenants to pay more rent.in my case, I contacted the landlord who nothing whatever of a rent increase. A friend of mine stated that when their lease expired, she wanted to go onto a month-to-month lease and was asked for more rent. She got lehgal advice and found that this was illegal. Jim Pla pulled in his horns.
Aboid these people like the plague.
