Jim Pla, his wife, and his half-wit daughter run a deceptive rental agency. They will try to get more money than the landlord actually wants. They will attempt to raise the rent and pocket the additional rent. I stood up to them and threatened them with a solicitor. They backed down. But what about the average renter who does not know the law, his/her rights? Avoid them like the plague
