MIke and Cheryl Runyan rented a property from me. On the lease application they intentionally falisified a reference name for their previous landlord other than the actual landlord. They also falsified on the lease application about the number of pets the have by stating 2 dogs when in fact they had 6 dogs and a parrot.
They are continually behind on the rent if they pay at all. They find excuses why they can't pay te rent and then say they will pay with income tax money or tha the wife has finally got another job.
They know all the legal loopholes when it comes time to evict them. They have done this to their previous landlord as we were in contact with him while we were going through our eviction process.
They (their dogs and parrot) have caused several thousand dollars in damage to the property and owe several thousand dollars in back rent. These people are very friendly at first sight but in a few months they become the tenants from hell.
Once in your house you will have a very hard time getting rid of them as I and their previous landlord. Do not rent to them - you will live to regret it.
