We hired j&s movers, to move our personal items from las vegas nv to holt mi, they were a day and a half late to pick up. We were supose to recive our items on sunday morning they showed up around 6pm on sunday when he pulled up he had a diffrent trailer. He told us a semi driver was drunk and when coming over a hill side smacked and draged the trailer with our stuff 1/2 miles on its side we only got back a hand full of our stuff. Days after accident seth requested a inventory of our lost items and dameged, we gave him a list he said his lawyer was settleing it with his ins company. We have asked several times for a copy of the police report or to talk to his lawyer with no responce. We talked to a lawyer who called and texted and e mailed seth with no responce we cant afford the 5000. Doller retainer and 150.00 an hour fee, so he told us to report the moving company with as many agencys as possible to get responce we need a police report and his insurance name. So we can recover our lost personal items we had a 70 thousand doller lost we dont have the means to pay for attorney and fight a company out of state so any help we can recive will be great the just renewed there liceance and they are with the better buisness beurow can you help us please
