I have been at the mercy of the old TV Max and now the new TV Max and I can tell you they are actually worse. Technical help is "REBOOT. Customer service is impossible to get through to.
Don't pay your bill on a Friday evening by automated payment or online, because they will still cut you off on Saturday or Sunday and when you try to call in to give them the confirmation code that you payed, no one answers the phone.
I sat on that phone for almost two hours and still nothing. I called four numbers including the local number, NOTHING!
What makes this even worse is that I live and work on the property that has TV Max and I can honestly say from a professional and personal viewpoint this company does not care about it business partners or it's customers
