Wow, Hasbrotoyshop.com customer service is in the dark ages. Do NOT order from them. Their responses are "cut and paste" and they're ineffective responding to email. Yikes! Wake up Hasbro! It isn't 1990 anymore!
They offer email as a communication channel but waited 20 hrs before responding... Then tell me they can't do anything to assist me. Fail. Epic fail.
