After 2 long years of horrendous service — this pushed me over the edge. Today, Jan 8, at 12:30am, while watching a recorded show, 'POOF' — the DVR stopped responding with the following message: "One moment please this channel should be available shortly. Ref code: S0a00". Have called the 24 hour customer service — and — THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! Now 3:47am. Called numerous times. Still no customer service.
Last straw — cancelling service. Prices too high — channel line-up/selection HORRIBLE. With 30 yrs of cable service with various providers under my belt, Cable One is by far the worst!
