Land's End does NOT unconditionally guarantee its products. You must have a receipt in order to receive a full refund. Without a receipt (e.G., you received an item as a gift), you will be refunded the current price. If item is heavily discounted, that is the only refund you will get.
A really bad company to order gifts from—poor refund policy and even worse customer service.
