Almost 3 months with No Logo, No Refund... Total Scam!

Almost 3 months ago we ordered a logo. It was supposed to be a 3 day turnaround. They have provided 3 sets of horrible logo proofs (in 3 months) and refuse to acknowledge our daily demands that we want our money back.
