All I wanted was a free credit report so that my husband and I could look into buying a new house for our kids. Well, I got the report and was told in an email that they would send me notification as to when they would charge me. Did I receive the email... No. Did I get charged anyway? YES. I have reported it to my bank. Will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau as well.
