This company appears to have a history of ripping people off by charging their credit cards as quickly as they can and then leaving them with nothing. I paid $131.95 for some antibiotics (plus priority shipping) that my dog requires to prevent recurring urinary tract infections. It was disturbing to read all of the reports from people with desperately sick pets who, in good faith, ordered medicine from these people and were left hanging with nothing.
In my opinion this company is committing a crime when they do this.in my case, I purchased antibiotics and my card was charged but when checking their website I got the reply that there was no purchase. After leaving email (with no reply) and calling them (all you get is a machine and they never return calls) I decided I was a victim.
I have disputed this with my credit card company but they require thirty days before they'll launch an investigation. If I can prevent just one person from getting ripped off by these low lifes, the effort I put into this report is worth it.
