We bought 3 pairs of sunglasses off this website on the 12th of May through my credit card. This charge then came up on the credit card as a company called something like "animal suits beijing" which when we looked up the name, it was a website selling onesie suits, nothing to do with sunglasses. There was also a discrepancy between the amount we were meant to be charged and the amount we were charged, which we tried to inquire about these issues but have not heard back from the company.
The supposed payment company "relay pay" (which upon looking up is just a dodgy chinese company) sent us an email with our confirmation of purchase with tracking number and all, which the number does not work on either of the shipment companies which topsinglassesok.com said they are using, so it is assumes this is just a made up number.
Again I tried to email them about this issue, but have not head back from them also, despite the website claiming to reply to all emails within 12 hours.
I then decided to email the company under another email, but this time enquiring as to which payment method they would prefer, as I was looking to purchasing some of their quality goods. I promptly recieved a reply saying "what about you pay with western union then I can give you some discount, thanks."
It has been nearly 10 days now since purchasing the sunglasses, and although I like to keep my hopes up, I don't expect them to arrive anytime soon. I have since cancelled my credit card to prevent these scammers using my credit card.
