Lenny has lied to me over and over, has not done what he promised over and overand has denied my refund over and ove

I have been lied to and told so many different stories my head is about to exlode.
I want a full refund for services not performed.
I have called Lenny over fifty times, have gone to his stupid store a dozen times and have heard the most amazing tales.
So far he has been in a head on collision, his wife was rear ended, he had a heart attack, his furnace blew up, his kids had the krupe. Parts are back ordered, can not pick up the parts due to snow storm, check is in the mail, check has been lost, put a stop payment on the check, will give you cash, will give you a certified check
