Several Months ago we initially ordered some parts from Mr Hughes for a Geo Tracker (automobile). The parts were paid for on 8/30/07 (check cleared my bank on 9/6/07). As of this date no parts have been send despite the fact that My Hughes claimed on no less than 3 separate occasions that they were sent. The parts have since been obtained from a more reputable dealer and the order with Mr Hughes canceled. However, no refund or parts were ever forthcoming.
I am asking for a full refund of the $258.00 at this time.

(My email) Mr. Hughes, Several months ago Christine D. Ordered some Geo Tracker parts from you. I wrote the check and supplied Christine with payment for the parts (copy of check attached) which cleared my bank more than 2 months ago. Evidently you you were were either unable or unwilling to supply the parts. At this time your parts are no longer needed and will not be accepted if sent. I will expect a full, immediate refund of the $258.00.
(Mr Hughe's Reply) This c*t called me a thief I have her parts you will take them or nothing go to paypal I don't care I have been down with my foot and on several occasions she referred to me as a thief so I'm referring to her as a c*t in other words this d*e or slut whichever it may be would have had her head 6 weeks ago but she started acting like a typical stupid woman expect in one hand and s* in the other and see which one is full first you either want the parts or I'll have to charge 150.00 for pulling them let me know butch
