First Choice Services are dishonest; they would not issue my refund check. They lied and said they would. Gave me run-around on the phone. The company would not close my account and issue my refund.
First Choice Services state that they provide a detailed property rental list on a weekly basis for those who are members. When speaking to the property owners, they all say that they have never heard of First Choice Services. Furthermore, they are not keeping up with there side of the contract agreement.
They do not provide a weekly list and are not open regular business hours. The list that they provide is derived from the local newspaper. They get other listings and claim it as their own. Also, First Choice Services do not have the proper license to operate a Rental Listing Service.
When contacting them for the refund check, they give you the run-around on the phone. They say to come in to pick the check up but they are closed when you come in. All they do is lie, and I can see how somebody can be so frustrated that they give up on the money owed to them.
I called about 5 weeks ago, and they said they were going to close my account and issue a refund. No check has been received. When I contact them again, they give me another date to come in and pick up the check. Again, when I do what I am told, I come in and find that they are closed. I have spent countless hours driving back and forth to these appointments and still no check.
After much thought I am filing this report.
