In light of all my difficulties in being disabled with very limited income, I was paying very high charges on gas bills{some over $400 per month} I paid $75 at the first of June and enclosing a message saying I will pay off in full at the first of July as there was less than $200 to finish the bill, they came out and shut the gas off without any warning or notice and right after that they are saying they want to dicontinue serving me and gave no reason for it
I have no choice as electric is very high and since Im disabled, I have no way else to heat my house and cannot even cut wood and forget on buying it already cut cause its over $50 t0 60 per rick ONG feels very comfy cause they have no competition with others
If we had another company who will sell to us, the consumer wont be having so many problems but I guess ONG and other utilities have so much money for legal work and the bad part of it is they do get away with it as the consumer are generally too poor to fight thier case and ours
Incidentally, My income is so low I feel ashamed to post it on here but I still need help cause I havent had a bath for so long, the buzzards are looking me over very closely now
