Ripoff Oklahoma High Cost Fund $14.33 a month, without my knowledge, or Explaination of what it's used for, not there when I signed up deceptive company Dallas

I live on a fixed income. The reason I choose Var Tec
10 10 811, was because of their low service charges when I signed up with them (under $10.00 a month). But now I find a charge of $14.33 to Oklahoma High Cost Fund added to my bill, which I did not authorize nor was I given an explaination as to it's use.
I also have on my itemized list (Britton, OK) I have never called or heard of, each have a charge of 50 cents. Most add a total of $4.00 to my bill. I am cancelling
Var Tec service and using another long-distance carrier. I
hope someone puts a stop to the rip off's of telephone company's. I understand why so many people are buying wireless telephones and getting on the internet instead of using long-distant phone company's. They are Greedy!!!
